At Allulirac , we are committed to providing reliable, transparent, secure, and efficient delivery services throughout Kenya. This Shipping & Delivery Policy explains how orders are processed, confirmed, packed, dispatched, transported, delivered, collected, delayed, returned, or cancelled.

We work with trusted logistics partners and courier providers to ensure products reach customers safely and within the estimated delivery timelines communicated during checkout and order confirmation. Delivery estimates are provided for guidance purposes only and may vary depending on stock availability, destination, weather conditions, courier capacity, public holidays, traffic, security concerns, and other operational factors beyond our reasonable control.

Delivery Coverage

We currently deliver throughout Kenya including major cities, municipalities, towns, residential estates, commercial centres, industrial areas, educational institutions, and selected rural locations supported by our logistics network.

Instant Delivery Service

Instant Delivery is available in selected Nairobi locations for eligible products. Orders placed during operating hours are generally delivered within four (4) hours of successful order confirmation.

Door Delivery

Door Delivery involves transporting products directly to the address provided during checkout. Customers are responsible for ensuring all delivery information is accurate and complete.

Delivery attempts may be made up to three (3) times over five (5) days between 8:00 AM and 6:00 PM.

Pickup Orders

Customers selecting pickup will be notified through SMS, WhatsApp, email, or phone call once orders are ready for collection.

Customer Responsibilities

Customers are responsible for providing accurate names, addresses, landmarks, telephone numbers, and other information required for successful order fulfillment and delivery.

Delivery Delays

Delays may occasionally occur due to weather conditions, transportation disruptions, public holidays, supplier delays, security concerns, traffic congestion, or other circumstances beyond our reasonable control.
