1. Placing an Order

Customers add products to cart and proceed to checkout where they select:

• Payment method

• Bank Deposit / Paybill
• Cash on Pickup (for in-store collection only)

3. Order Review & Confirmation

After an order is placed, it is received in our system and reviewed by our team to:

• Confirm product availability
• Confirm delivery details
• Verify pricing and delivery cost (if applicable)

4. Final Invoice

For home delivery orders, the final invoice includes:

• Product price
• + Delivery/transport cost

5. Payment Processing

Once the order is confirmed, customers complete payment using the method selected at checkout.

6. Order Fulfillment

After successful payment confirmation:

• Orders are prepared and packed
• Delivery is arranged via trusted courier services
• Customers receive updates via phone or WhatsApp

7. Store Pickup Orders

Customers selecting pickup can collect their order after confirmation and payment processing.
